What data I collect, and why

Waitlist
Your email address, when you email me to join the NLP Practitioner waitlist. I use it only to tell you about the course (dates, details, registration). Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Discovery call
The details you enter when you book a call through Calendly: usually your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you write in the booking form. I use them to hold the call and to follow up with you. Legal basis: steps you ask for before a possible agreement.
Email
Whatever you include when you write to me. I use it to reply. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering your message.
Website statistics
Anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (for example: number of visits, pages viewed, the website you came from, country and device type), collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you personally.

I don't sell your data, I don't use it for advertising, and I don't make automated decisions about you.

Who else processes your data

I use a few service providers to run this website. They process data on my behalf, under data processing agreements:

You can ask me at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how I use it, or to receive a copy of it. You can also withdraw your consent for the waitlist at any time by writing to me. Just email contact@andreipanainte.com.

If you think I haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
